Following the opinion of the selection committee chaired by Jean-Claude Trichet, Honorary Governor of the Banque de France and former President of the European Central Bank, and on a proposal from the Treasury Directorate, Antoine Armand, Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industry, has approved the list of primary dealers for 2025-2027.
The financial institutions chosen as primary dealers will fulfil their duties under the terms set out in the new Primary Dealer Charter, which Agence France Trésor has published today.
