As announced at the time when the French Primary Dealers ("SVTs") have been selected, the "IVTs" have no commitment on the French Government Securities primary market ; together with the SVTs, they will contribute to diversify the placement of the French public debt and further develop its secondary market, aiming at comforting French Government Securities status as a benchmark for the European Government bond market.
